Open Play:
We do not offer refunds for open play.​

Parties:

Cancellations:

Party deposits are non-refundable.

Parties canceled 2 weeks before the party date will receive 50% credit of their deposit to be used for open play, play passes, events or classes.

Parties canceled 1 week or less will receive 25% of their deposit to be used for open play, play passes, events or classes.

Rescheduling a party:

We understand that things happen, if you must change the date of your party you can do so up to 1 week before event subject to availability.

Classes:

If you book a class and cannot make it you are eligible for a credit. We do not give refunds for classes.

If you call before the class start time to inform us you cannot make it we can give you a credit to be used for a future class or open play.

​

*If you call after class start time you are not eligible for a credit.

Events:

We do not offer a credit or refund for any event.
